Dumpster Rental Terms and Conditions – Park City, Utah
Thank you for choosing us for your dumpster rental needs. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following terms and conditions. By booking, you agree to all the terms listed below.
Rental Period
Each rental includes a 4-day minimum rental period starting from the delivery date and ending on the scheduled pickup date. If you require additional time, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Extensions are based on availability and may include a small fee.
Delivery & Pickup
We’ll coordinate with you for the most convenient placement. Please ensure the site is accessible and clear of obstructions.
- Blocked access, overloaded dumpsters, or incorrect placement instructions may result in additional fees.
- We are not liable for damage caused by following customer placement instructions (e.g., lawn, driveway, or sidewalk damage).
- In Park City, dumpster placement on public streets may require a city permit. You are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses or HOA approvals before delivery.
Accepted Materials
You may dispose of:
- General household waste
- Yard debris
- Construction/demolition debris
Prohibited Items (subject to fines or removal):
- Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, asbestos, medical waste)
- Flammable substances (e.g., gasoline, paint, propane tanks)
- Electronics (e.g., TVs, batteries)
- Tires (unless pre-approved)
- Appliances (unless pre-approved)
- Heavy materials like dirt, bricks, or concrete (must be pre-discussed)
- Wet paint (unless lidless and dried-*call for handling instructions)
Note: Prohibited items or overflow may be removed and left at your site. Labor or cleanup costs are your responsibility.
Weight Limits
Each rental comes with a specified weight limit. As long as waste stays below the fill line, you won’t incur extra charges. Overweight or overfilled loads will result in additional fees and potential delays in pickup.
Fees & Payments
By booking, you authorize us to charge your card for:
- Rental fees
- Delivery/pickup
- Additional fees as applicable
Fee Schedule:
- Late Cancellation (<24 hours): $250
- Failed Pickup (access or overfill issues): $150/day
- Additional Labor (e.g., snow removal): $65/hour
- Dumpster Swap (max 2 active dumpsters): $100 off
- Volume Discount: Rent 5 dumpsters/month, get 10% off the 6th
Scheduling & Access
Let us know when your dumpster is ready for pickup. Ensure access is clear, with no vehicles or obstructions. Missed pickups may incur additional trip charges.
Use Guidelines
- Do not relocate the dumpster after delivery.
- Do not load above the fill line.
- Avoid unsafe loading practices—items must not hang over the edges.
Permits & Compliance
You are responsible for acquiring any necessary permits for street placement in Park City and approvals from HOAs. We recommend securing these before scheduling delivery to avoid delays or fines.
Damage & Liability
- You are responsible for any damages to the dumpster while it’s on your property
- If theft, vandalism, or fire occurs during your rental period, you will be held liable for associated costs
- If we are delayed due to snow, construction, or access restrictions, additional labor charges may apply
Refunds & Cancellations
Credit card payments may be refunded (minus applicable cancellation fees) or applied as future credit. All refunds are subject to review and processing time.
Legal Compliance
Our services comply with Park City municipal code and state regulations. Please ensure your use of the dumpster adheres to local ordinances to avoid penalties.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By placing your order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These terms apply to all dumpster rentals regardless of order date or location.
